INGREDIENTS
Allinson Premium White Very Strong Bread Flour
650g
Salt
10g
Unrefined Golden Caster Sugar
5g
Soft Butter or Vegetable Oil
15g
Allinson Easy Bake Yeast
7g (1 sachet)
Warm Water
400ml
ESSENTIAL WHITE BREAD ROLLS
Directions:
Preheat oven to 220C/450F.
Using a large bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and stir in yeast. Rub in butter (or add vegetable oil).
Add water and mix to form soft dough, then knead for 10 minutes on a floured surface.
Divide into 50-75g balls and shape on a baking sheet.
Cover and leave to rise in a warm place until dough has doubled in size.
Place in the centre of the pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes. Remove frfom oven and cool on wire rack.
