DURIAN SAGO KUEH
INGREDIENTS
Group 1
Sugar 100g
Coconut Milk 130g
Group 2 (soak for 1/2 hour and drain dry)
Sago 400g
Water 150g
Group 3
White grated coconut 50g
Wheat starch 20g
Durian Flesh 250g
Toppings (steam for 5 minutes)
White grated coconut 250g
Salt 1/2 tsp
DURIAN SAGO KUEH
- Boil Group 1 in saucepan and switch off the fire.
- Drain the sago from Group 2 that has been soaked in water, and pour into the saucepan from step 1. Mix well immediately.
- Add in Group 3 and mix well.
- Pour into 8" tray and steam for 40 minutes.
- Coat with the topping of dessicated coconut & salt.
