Bake King Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
Directions:
- Preheat oven. Grease muffin pans or use muffin paper cups.
- Place Bake King muffin mix, eggs and water into a mixing bowl.
- Blend for approximately for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape mixture from sides of bowl thoroughly before continuing to mix on medium speed for 4 minutes.
- Fold in melted butter or vegetable oil. Do not over mix. Pipe or drop mixture into muffin pans or muffin cases.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown in colour. Makes 10-12 muffins.
