How do I place an order?
Add To Cart → Shopping Cart → Check Out → Review Order → Submit Order
1. Select a product by clicking on the “Add To Cart” button. You may view all your selected items in the Shopping Cart and click on the “Check Out” button to fill out your particulars. Please note that all prices include GST.
2. You will be directed to the Check Out page, where you can fill in your address and contact information. Delivery costs will be advised in a separate email. (Please see our delivery costs below). All payments for our products will be via PayPal. Click on “Review Order” to double check your order.
3. Clicking on “Submit Order” will direct you to an external PayPal site for you to make the payment.
4. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you have provided. If there is an incorrect order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
immediately so we can correct the order.
Please note that if an order is purchased and then cancelled, there will be an order cancellation charge of $30.
Bake King accepts Cash on Delivery and all major credit cards via PayPal for payment. A PayPal account is not required to make a purchase. We do however suggest you use PayPal account as it speeds up your checkout process each time you shop with us. Almost all major online retailers accept PayPal.
All financial transactions are handled by PayPal for your security. PayPal is the safest way to make purchases online. We do not store any personal financial information whatsoever.
For Cash on Delivery, the customer or a representative must be present to collect the purchases at the ship to address. Please provide a valid telephone number for us to contact you regarding your delivery.
We accept Paypal and Cheque only for baking classes. Cheques must be submitted within 3 days of the online registration of the baking class, and must have the student's full name, contact number and baking class time and date written at the back.
What are the delivery fees?
Please note that all deliveries are door-to-door.

When can I get my delivery?
Deliveries will take place within 2-3 working days from date of purchase. We do deliveries on Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Saturdays from 9.00am to 12 noon. Customers or their representatives must be available to receive their purchases at the delivery address.
Please remember to include a valid telephone number and any special delivery instructions so that the delivery can reach you promptly. We will make a call to your telephone number on the day of delivery before heading out. If there is no verbal confirmation to deliver that day, we will not deliver the order.
If the customer or their representative is not present at the time of delivery, there will be a re-delivery charge of $20. If an order is purchased and then cancelled, there will be a cancellation charge of $30. We also only accept orders of min. SGD$20.
Where do you deliver to?
We do door-to-door deliveries to local addresses in Singapore and Sentosa Island only.
We do not deliver to Jurong Island.
Do you do international shipments?
Yes. International shipments will be charged a separate shipping fee depending on the weight & bulk of the shipment. Minimum order amount is $20. Please Contact Us
for more details with your order and preferred method of shipping.
Do you have a return/exchange policy?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
